About Vokolla Press and our editorial standards

What Vokolla Press is

Vokolla Press is the news channel of Vokolla, a press release platform for businesses and brands. It publishes press releases issued by companies and distributed through Vokolla, and makes them available as web pages, open feeds and an open API.

Vokolla Press is operated by Mubboo LLC, 848 Western Hills Blvd, Cheyenne, WY 82009, United States.

What we publish

Every item on Vokolla Press is a press release: news written and issued by the company named on it, such as a launch, a partnership, a milestone, research results or an appointment. Each page is labelled “Press release” and shows the issuing company, its website, the publication date and a media contact.

Vokolla does not write these releases and does not present them as independent reporting. The issuing company is responsible for its content.

How releases are reviewed

Every release is reviewed before it is published. We check that it reads as news rather than advertising, that it names a real company with a working website and a contact, that it stays factual and avoids exaggerated claims, and that it is not copied or spam. Reviewers can ask for changes or decline a release.

We do not verify every statement in a release. If you believe a release is inaccurate or misleading, tell us (see below).

What we do not accept

Gambling, cryptocurrency or token sales, adult or dating content, cannabis and CBD, tobacco and vaping, firearms, payday loans, get-rich-quick schemes, health or weight-loss claims, political campaigning, copied text and spam.

Links and search engines

Links inside releases are marked as sponsored. We decide whether a page may be indexed by search engines, based on the quality of the release.

Corrections and removals

To report an error or ask for a correction or removal, email support@vokolla.com with the address of the release and what is wrong. A company can ask us to correct or remove its own release at any time; we correct or remove a release that is shown to be inaccurate or that breaks these standards.
