Vokolla referral partner programme
Referral partner rules
Last updated: 22 October 2026
These rules apply to everyone in the Vokolla referral partner programme, run by Mubboo LLC.
1. What the programme is
Vokolla (a Mubboo LLC service) invites marketing agencies, web studios, go-global consultants and creators to refer customers to Vokolla's self-service press release publishing. Customers who sign up through your link or code earn you a commission on what they really spend.
2. Attribution
- Your link is https://vokolla.com/?ref=YOURCODE; ?ref= works on any page, in any language. Customers can also enter your code when they sign up.
- A customer who signs up within 30 days of clicking your link is referred by you. If they clicked several partners' links, the last click counts.
- The referral is fixed when the account is created and lasts for the whole commission period. Existing accounts cannot be referred.
- Your own account and accounts of your own company earn no commission.
3. Commission
- Commission is based only on real spend: cash paid for packages, and the cash actually paid for the credits a customer uses. Bonus credits and unused credits never count.
- A release counts once it is published, in the calendar month (UTC) it is published.
- Each month's total real spend of all your customers sets the rate for the whole month:
| Month's real spend (USD) | Rate |
|---|---|
| under 500 | 10% |
| 500 – 1,000 | 15% |
| 1,000 – 2,000 | 20% |
| 2,000 – 3,000 | 30% |
| 3,000 and above | 35% |
- Each band includes its lower bound. A rate reached is kept at least through the next month; it drops one level only after two months in a row below its threshold.
- Commission period: for the lifetime of the customer's spending. Vokolla may change this with 30 days' notice; commissions already earned are not affected.
- Referred customers get 10% off their first purchase (10% off a package paid by card, or at least 10% bonus credits on a first top-up, not combined with the top-up bonus). Commission is on what they actually paid.
4. Settlement and payment
- Every partner is settled by calendar month (UTC, from the 1st to the last day), with no waiting period after publication: a month's commissions are calculated when it ends and paid by the 15th of the next month.
- Balances of US$50 or more are paid; smaller balances carry over. Example: your customers spend US$1,500 in October, which sets a 20% rate, so you earn US$300, paid by 15 November.
- The 30-day cookie only decides attribution from click to sign-up; it has nothing to do with settlement.
- Payments are made in US dollars by PayPal or Wise, by Mubboo LLC. Before the first payment, US partners provide a W-9 and partners elsewhere a W-8BEN (W-8BEN-E for companies).
- Published releases are normally not refunded. If Vokolla refunds a release because of its own error, the related commission is deducted from the next month's commission; a negative balance carries over.
5. Rules you must follow
- No brand bidding: do not bid on Vokolla, 沃声 or any spelling or combination of them in any search ads (Google, Bing, Baidu or others), and do not link paid ads directly to vokolla.com.
- No spam: follow the laws where you work (CAN-SPAM, Australia's Spam Act, the EU GDPR, China's rules on email services and others). Do not buy lists or send unsolicited bulk email or messages.
- No exaggeration and no promised results: never promise or imply guaranteed publication, indexing, ranking, traffic or sales; publication is decided by each outlet's editors. Never present yourself as an official agent or partner of the Associated Press, Yahoo Finance or any outlet. Prices, packages and outlets are as published on vokolla.com.
- Disclose: make clear that you are a Vokolla referral partner and may earn a commission (as the US FTC requires, for example).
- No gaming: no disguised clicks, forced cookies, automated or fake sign-ups, or buying through your own referral. Coupon and cashback sites need Vokolla's written approval first.
- Commissions connected with a breach are not paid. For serious breaches Vokolla may suspend or end the partnership and reclaim related commissions already paid.
6. Other terms
- You are an independent partner, not an employee or agent of Vokolla, and cannot sign contracts or take payments for Vokolla.
- Customers' accounts and orders are managed by Vokolla; your reports show amounts and partly hidden customer emails only.
- Vokolla may change these rules with 30 days' notice; commissions already earned follow the rules in force when they were earned.
