What EIN Presswire is and who it is built for

EIN Presswire is run by Newsmatics Inc. (formerly IPD Group), a privately held US company founded in 1995, according to its FAQ. It runs its own distribution platform and a news site, and its pricing page says every package includes AP News, Nexstar Media Group and the USA TODAY Network, reaching a combined 350 million monthly active users, in addition to news sites, Google News, Bloomberg Terminals and search engines.

The packages are priced by how many releases you buy at once. The first says “Only have 1 press release? We understand. This option is for you.” and the second asks “Think you might issue 6 or more press releases during the next 12 months?”

What a press release does for your business

A release earns its keep at the moment you have something customers need to know, such as a launch, a new location or a milestone. It gives them a page they can find, cite and share, with the date on it.

A Brand Starter release of 22 October 2026 was published on openPR and all 25 NEWSnet city news sites, among others, and was still online on 325 pages when we checked on 4 November. Rankings and AI answers depend on many factors, so we report what we saw rather than promise it; the guide to how distribution works shows what to check in any report.

Why publish with Vokolla

EIN Presswire’s lower per-release prices come from buying five or fifteen at once and using them within a year. Vokolla’s prices are per release from the first one, with nothing to prepay.

  • Public, low prices: one price per release, from US$69 (Brand Starter) to US$659 (Global Impact); Global Reach, Podcast Reach and DoFollow Links are US$129 and Premium Media is US$379. No quote, no sales call and no subscription; see every package and price.
  • Self-service and in your hands: you write or upload the release (up to 1,200 words and three images at the package price), choose the package and the publishing time, and follow each step in your account.
  • Free writing help and free corrections: “Write for me” turns your notes or a rough draft, in English or Chinese, into a first English release, and “Check with AI” compares your release with the editors’ standard for your package and offers one-click fixes before you submit. Both are free, so a release reaches the editors in better shape.
  • A free release every 30 days: reviewed by our editors, published on up to five news sites, live links emailed, no card needed. Write your free release.
  • Editors before, a report after: our editors review every release before it is published, usually within 24 hours of payment, and a full report lists every live link, downloadable as Excel or PDF.
  • Payment by card or with credits that never expire, with invoices in your account; the partner media list names every news site in each package.

Not sure which package? Brand Starter (US$69, 300+ news sites including openPR) suits a first release or everyday news; Global Reach (US$129, 500+ news sites including 100+ TV and radio station sites) suits launches; Premium Media (US$379) adds AP News, USA Today, Barchart and StreetInsider; Global Impact (US$659) is built around 20+ high-traffic outlets such as Yahoo, Business Insider, National Post and The Globe and Mail.
